Read this page before you open a request. Most answers are already in the docs, and a complete request gets a faster reply.

Before you open a request

1. Connecting an exchange? Follow the setup guide for Hyperliquid or Binance step by step first.
2. Search the docs for any term you are unsure about. The glossary explains PSL, DEX, CEX, and the rest.
3. Still stuck? Send a request through the form. Email is the fastest way to reach the team.
4. Problems with the exchange account itself, such as KYC or a locked account, go to that exchange's support. Nabu cannot see or change your exchange account.
